PPE is the last layer of protection and the easiest to lose track of. X3 PPE ties each task's hazard assessment to the gear your site approved, who it was issued to, whether it fits, what condition it is in and when it is due for replacement.

The Exposure

The Glove Was Wrong for the Task. Nobody Knew Until the Injury.

The site bought good gear and handed it out. But the task changed, the cut level did not, and the hazard assessment in the binder still describes last year's job. The gear was issued. Whether it was the right gear, in good condition, for that task, was never written down.

Handing out PPE is easy. Knowing it is right, fitted and intact is the program.

Straight Answers

Questions Safety Leads Ask About X3 PPE.

Have one that is not here? Ask X3, or write to us and a person will answer.

A pair of gray cut-resistant work gloves, one laid across the other, with a pair of clear safety glasses resting on top
Does X3 PPE recommend what gear to buy?
No. A qualified person at your site selects suitable PPE for the hazard. X3 PPE keeps that decision connected to the task, the issue record and the condition checks.
Does it hold respirator fit-test or medical records?
No. Those stay in your separately approved process. X3 PPE keeps ordinary issue, fit-check and condition records apart from personal medical detail.
How does it know when gear should be replaced?
It uses the replacement interval your site sets, informed by the manufacturer's instructions. It does not choose that interval.
Do I have to buy the whole family?
No. X3 PPE works on its own. Each product in the family owns one job, and you add another only when that job matters to you.
What can I use today?
The X3 PPE sample dashboard is open now with sample data, so you can walk the whole workflow. Create an account to run it on your own sites: your records are saved, and one sign-in works on all twelve products.
How does pricing work?
Each product is $99 a month for your first 10 employees, $10 a month for each employee from 11 to 50, and $5 a month for each one after that. You pay only for the products you turn on, and you can cancel any time.
